On the test drive check that the transmission shifts smooth, and the
kickdown works.  Also listen for humming noises coming from the transmission
while driving, this could be a sign that ATF has leaked past the seal into
the final drive, I figured that one out too late.  Also find out if the
fluid has been changed every 30,000 miles, a lot of  people forget to do
this, but they're supposed to.
