Steering racks on 1975-1977 Sciroccos are not
interchangeable with the later ones.

You could weld on the extra bracket from the later
racks, but you'll need to pull the engine/trans and
source a bracket (ask Gary Huff).

Easiest would be to get a rack from a 1975-1977 Rabbit
or Scirocco.
