Im dead wrong. I meant to say (but it didnt come out for some reason)
that its legal in SP class and NOT in stock class. My bad. 

The way the rules are written, it says "Scirocco 16v all" or something ot
that effect. So, as per the rules you can technically install a 2.0L 16v
in a SP car. I think it can be a fast combination if the car is fully
prepped to SP specs. Nobody has done it yet, too bad.
