RE: Starting 16v while pressing gas

Cause it would over-richen the starting mixture if everything is working
properly.  As someone else said, it would not damage anything.

Actually, I looked in the owners manual and it says in big bold letters not 
to press the gas on the 16v.  Any ideas on why this would be bad?  Why would

it be bad on 16v and not on an 8v?
