Hey, I agree he was way out of line when he responded but it wasn't only to
Brett, it was to all the crap that was flying around from everyone.  Again,
I, myself, may have gotten defensive too if that were me but I wouldn't of
gone off like he did if I thought I was going to stay on the list.  I
believe once he saw all the hate mail about the listing that he didn't care
if he stayed on the list or not and just spoke his mind.

By no means am I sticking up for JP but look at what everyone is doing!!
You are all judging this guy when all the list did was attack him for
something he didn't even know was wrong in the first place!  If I were him
and you all did that to me I would of flipped some crap toward you all and
signed off too!  Give him some credit though, he was willing to cut us all
deals without even knowing us.  And, believe me, I have sold a bunch of
stuff on ebay and the list and unless you make a bunch (which I know he
couldn't of on $2 spark plugs etc.) then it really isn't worth your time and
energy if you are doing it for a profit.

I could be totally wrong here BUT without knowing him or his intentions
(which by what was posted to the list, there was no way anyone could have
knew where he was coming from) then I don't know how you all can judge him
and call him names like you all have been doing.  I like this list and would
like to stick around for quite a while but if this arrogance is going to
continue rearing it's ugly head then I guess I may sign off too.

Did we all learn a lesson about OURSELVES during this?  I think we should
try to better ourselves and the list and not point the finger at others and
say that they need a lesson in social skills.  Let's all come back down to
earth and not let the testostorone get the best of us!!
