Uh, I'm a little lost here, but Scott, if you're talking about your 16V:

         Yes, the 16V has a rev limiter
         No, it's not at 6200.

The rev limiter on the CIS-E 1.8 is 7,200rpm.  The rev limiter on the 
Motronic 2.0 (IIRC) is 6,800rpm.
Also, I was under the impression that the rev limiter is an ignition cut, 
especially as witnessed by the flames shooting out of Josh Able's exhaust 
at 7200rpm on the dyno....

Now which car are you tawlking about?  An 8V or a 16V?
