that would do it.. I copied teh dll from the NT directory and the damn thing
hung.. had to reinstall it again, works now, thank you sir !

umm, no probs under xp here.
You still have to copy over the file from the .w95 dir though (even though
you are technically under nt).
i'll cut paste my original post on exactly which file:

Copy this file from the cd to the hard drive
>From (cd)
\EPC_PROG.W95\lexhdl5.dll
To (C:)
\epc_prog\lexhdl5.dll
