I have read all the other responses to this up to this point (check dates
and times).  But no one has mentioned low oil.  I know, I know your dipstick
READS full but how about your dipstick funnel?  Is it there?  Do you have
the right dipstick?  How much oil do you put in initially? Should be about 4
1/2 qts including the oil filter.  IF the little plastic thingy on the
dipstick tube is broken/busted/missing/etc it could also cause a runability
problem.  HTH!!
