I must of missed the original post what are your cold start symptoms, does
it start then stalls? do it start but idles up and down ? what does it do
again, I just had to deal with 2 different cold start problem related at the
same time and perhaps I can help you with a solution

Okay. I replaced the cold start valve and it still does it.
Fuel pumps are fine,filter is fine, air cleaner is fine. Thermotime
switch is fine.

I'm running out of ideas...
