I don't know about IT, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be legal in SP. It
would fall into the category of "chassis reinforcement", which is illegal in
anything but Prepared/Mod...

If Ron decides to build a batch of these, I'd still put one on my car.
Hopefully, when the official SM rules come out, they'll be legal....
