there is a length difference in the self adjusting and manual adjusting, if
im not mistaken, so you'll have to route it elsewhere.  i believe there are
at least 2 different lengths of manual adjusting cable intended for the
mkIIs.  self-adjusting is around $40, where manual is around $10 (at least
these are prices i was given locally).

is it as easy as rerouting the cable to get a manual adjusting in there?

I just got a new 210mm clutch(oem) put in my 88 16v rocco, but the stock

adjusting cable is worn out, my question is should i just order another one
of these, or would it be ok to order a non self adjusting cable from
techtonics, is there a major diffrence???
