I'm with you on the fact that most times you're much safer around people
that are driving a little fast and paying attention than you are around
the average expletive deleted that doesn't care about his/her car,
his/her driving or paying any attention. So, the trick is identifying
drivers that are semi-aggresive and paying attention that you can be
comfortable driving with from those that maybe are paying attention but
are too aggressive and are more concerned about establishing the size of
their manhood than the safety of their driving.
