Re: SEM bumper primer on euro bumpers?

Will the SEM bumper primer work to fill in the texture on the euro bumpers
and make them smooth? Or will I need to use the Evercoat bumper patch? By
the way, where can I get the Evercoat bumper patch if I need it?
