Any decent autoparts store should carry it.  The kind that deal in parts and
paint, not wiper blades and air fresheners...

What results do you want?   If you're wanting to smooth them, I would use a very
thin coat flexible bumper patch to smooth them, then flexible primer, then
flexible top coat.

They make a lot of very nice products.  I didn't use their bumper patch because
you should buy a special applicator gun for like $45.00 to use it.  I went with
Evercoat, a simple two-part-mix-it-in-equal-parts product.

I've used the SEM color spray for years, and played with a few of their other
products recently repairing a damaged Euro bumper.  Here's a page I've yet to
