  more or less. you'll have to remove driver and passenger underdash
covers to get to a couple bolts and to unplug the motor, but it's not
that difficult. probably around an hour or so. note that it would be
wiser to make sure you're "new" one works properly on all speed by
plugging it in under the driver side dash. oh, and hold on tight.
