speeds" ??? Which of the speeds does it work and which does it not?

  The blower fan speed is controlled by a resistor.

  Speed 1 and 2 use the resistor, speed 3 does not. If the fan works on
3 but not on 1 or 2, you most probably have a bad resistor.

  Describe exactly what you mean by that speed stuff, someone will be
able to answer.
