have you checked to see if the valve works properly? it may be fine, idle
problem may be elsewhere. take hoses off of the valve, turn ignition on
(dont need to start), look down hole where hose was and you will see the
'shutter' opening and closing rapidly along with the 'bzzzz' that the valve
makes. if you see this shutter action working, the valve is fine.
