Hav you considered angling the drivers toward or away from
one another to increase the driver mounting area?, or
perhaps a compound Push/Pull configuration, the latter
would take up substantially less space, plus you could go
with a dual bandpass design, and really rock your roc...
I used to dabble in car audio when I was young and foolish,
now I save the high fidelity for the house, and the
adrenelin for the car. If you need details I should be able
to help.
