Hell yeah, it is definitely worth it!

It's not that bad...

You'll need an 020 manual transaxle, driver's side and rear mounts, 
starter w/cable, the shifter, shifter rod and all the linkage, pedal
cluster(or at least the clutch pedal), 
clutch cable w/assorted bushings and clips.

The bracket on the steering rack is different...

I'm sure I forgot something...
