Differental Pressure Regulator. An electromagnetic device that is used to 
slightly adjust fuel delivery for proper running and low emissions.
Located on the side of the fuel distributor.
Gray, plastic, 2"x1/2"x1/2", has 2-wire electrical connector on it.

coincidentally, you measure DPR current. Should be somewhere between 5-10mA, 
if the O2 sensor is working, the current will be fluctuating +-1mA.

Another thing I thought of is that your coolant temp sensor might be toast. 
Your computer might be thinking that your motor is cold, and always be 
enriching.

Get a bentley. It will tell you all the tests to do much more completely 
than I.
