a friend of mine failed his emissions (hc and co)
in a 91 jetta gl. i told him i'd give him a quick tune up. i assume this is
digifant ii, like the 91 cab? bentley says to set the mixture you need a co
meter. any easier way to do this, like using a dwell or something? i assume it's
running rich, right? any shade tree ways to set it, like the
back-it-off-till-it-stumbles-then-turn-it-the-other-way trick? reply off list if
