RE: Shocks

The Pros are fine for stock ride height springs whereas the Turbos are appropriate for lowering. The Pros are built with comfort and stiffness zones. Installing these dampeners with a lowering spring puts the unit into stiff mode all the time. This apparently accelerates the wear. I say "apparently" because I've always heeded this advice and have never learned first-hand. However, I can certainly attest to the fact the Turbos with lowering springs works just fine. They aren't Bilsteins or Konis, though.

Subject: Shocks

I have a 1983 Scirocco. I just bought a set of the H&R Sport springs. I want to get a set of Boge shocks (way cheaper). Should i use the PRO's or the TURBO's? any advice is helpful and thanks to everyone who helped me with the 15" tires question. Thanks in advance for help on this one too.
