Re: WTB (Borrow), Drive Flange Depresser

    hey weezy, a good friend of mine has made up a tool that does this. i'm
assuming that it's along the same lines of the velocity tool.

    it's made up of about 5-7" of threaded rod (can't remember the pitch
right now) with a GM steering wheel puller bracket (?), and a nut . let's
see if i can draw it up:
       ____

===||====
       |____

    does this make sense? the rod threads as far as it can into the axle,
once that is accomplished, the bracket slips overtop, and is adjusted so
that the legs press firmly onto the flange, and the nut is torqued down on
the bracket until pressure is taken off the circlip.

    it's real easy in practice, from what i reall.
