ISV duty cycle. It's something you measure of a test lead in the engine compartment near the ignition coil. It's the amount of time the idle stabilizer valve spends open IIRC. On a duty cycle meter it should be between 26-30%. You adjust it by turning the idle air bypass screw in the back of the intake. Once this is set, put a fair amount of blue RTV in the idle air bypass screw hole to seal it, as the o-ring in there is completely shot most of the time. Next set the ignition timing, and then set the dpr current. They must be set in this order, trust me I learned the hard way. The reason ISV duty cycle is important is because the DPR is regulating/correcting the amount of fuel given to the motor for the air that is allowed to pass into the motor by the ISV.
