a few questions

Hello all,
       I want to replace my coolant hoses and was curious what everyone has 
used, I have seen those samco hoses and those look cool. Are the available 
for a 85 8v scirocco? Does potterman have something better? Should i replace 
my water pump at the same time?
       I am also getting ready to put on my euro exhaust manifold and tt euro 
down pipe. Any tips or things i should look for. Does my o2 sensor just plug 
into the manifold?. I am not sure what it is from but i did get it from peter 
(thescirocco@juno.com) Sorry about all the questions.
