[TECH] Evolution tuning heatshields

Does anyone have one, or know someone who is running one?  The theory is sound, but I am wondering how much of a difference they actually make in terms of real, measureable hp.  Maybe one of you guys who race?

The theory is basically that the heatshield goes between the intake manifold and the head.  It is make of a a non-conductive material that insulates the intake manifold from the heat in the head, thus keeping the intake manifold cooler, which transfers less heat to the incoming air charge resulting in denser, cooler air which = MORE HP!!!!
