OT:FS 83 GTI in MI

A friend is sell his 83 gti for only $500.  It is an excellent winter car. 
New alt, water pump, clutch, good tires, rust beginning to appear, yes some 
bondo, repainted three years ago.  White with red interior.  Seats perfect, 
original front spoiler, original gti wheels, weber conversion, 1.8 with close 
ratio trans, minor exhaust leak, euro bumpers(front dented)  Not a trailer 
queen like Uncle Rocco, but it's only $500.  I've seen worse cars in car 
shows.  It should go quick so don't drag your feet.
