Yes, you have to change the front swaybar if you lower
the car.  The curvaturature of the stock bar isn't
enough to clear the axles when you lower the car.

However, you can add a set of slightly lower springs
from Shine Racing and improve handling without having
to add the front bar.  Their springs don't lower the
car enough to interfere with the axles...
