Do you have the rubber cap that covers the steering wheel column at the
firewall put back in place? I used to smell mine, until I realized it was
ripped, I replaced it, no more smell.

Why would i get the smell of hot oil coming in through the vents when the
car is hot. No apparent leaks and the level remains fairly constant. It only
seems to happen after 1/2 hour of so of driving and its quite faint.

Is is something to worry about?
