ok, the tardiness is true, I was delayed in getting payment to them, but
that is because after I got high bid, I asked them if I could just get the
whole thing minus the gauge and ashtray for $15 straight w/o shipping costs,
figuring they'd make more on the gauge & ashtray later.

and I DID respond to their e-mails for payment, I wish I still had all the
correspondences, because I asked TWICE about the alternate arrangements and
I was never replied to.
