Well I get flash from time to time and I use 45/55w bulbs, and they are
aimed properly (actually lower than 90% of the cars out there...  (got it
checked professionally )

when they flash me... I flash Back !

I still get flashed a lot with my euro headlights. Even though they are
pointed down.  Does anyone make an H4 with the brightness of the American
lights?
