Vacuum Tubes Q

I've got all kinds of heat coming into the cabin, I'm assuming from the
engine bay and that the vacuum tubes are the culprit.

Is there a cheap, or easy way to fix this, as I am mechanically inclined to
the level of a 3 yr old.

Oh yeah, just put my Roc on the registry!! wahoo.
