86 16v: Suggestions needed/Polyurethane bushing notes.

Ok,
So I finally got the front end back together, and the rear end off with the bushings out. I can't figure out what the easiest way would be to get the rubber bushings out of the metal carrier, so I can replace them with poly ones. Ideas? I wish I had a propane torch.... 2nd, Both of my rear wheels each have thisproblem that the lugbolts wont hold proper torque, it seems they are stripped. I don't want to drive on this because I thinki it's bad heh. Do the lugbolts just go straight into the rotors back there?(Never had a 16v rear disc setup apart yet)If so, cool I can go back to the local yard tomorrow and get a set off an A2 in good shape. I can't say enough about the poly steering rack bushings either. No play what so ever, you touch the wheel and it's transmitted to the rack, very slick indeed and took away one of the things I hated about the A1. If you can live with a little increased vibration, very worth it. This car is going to feel great once it's done and aligned. Even with it's tired sick running 16v motor and AGB tranny. Peace,
