I just replaced all of my vacuum lines last night. The idle is still a
little weird. I have a feeling that it is my transfer pump. I ordered one
that I'll pick up and install Monday. I'll let everyone know what happens.

Hmmmmmmm.... The world-wide concensus seems to be "vacuum leak".  Mine does
the same thing, but. . . somehow. . . .I don't think it's a vacuum leak.
(I've been wrong before.  Just ask my son)

  agreed. my '85 8v does the same thing and i recently
replaced the o2
sensor on it as well. i'm thinking a vacuum leak. would help
if i could
get my tach working, though.
