Re: Tech: Hot Start Pulse Relay or Lambda Realy - does anybody know more than the Bentley




Either an internal short in the starter (not likely) or a bad relay. Check 
it witha  test light. If it is getting power from the starter try unplugging 
the small black wire fomr the starter and see if your test light goes out. 
if it does then the starter is making it stay on. if it doesn tehn you have 
a wiring problem.
