Copy and paste from 3/13/01:

Their website sucks for warranty info, as you found already.  My
struts were replaced under warranty last year, and the shocks the
year before.  They WILL cross-ship, with your credit card being
used to guaranty return of defective units.   You pay freight to
them, they pay back to you.

You can call to have them fax you current info - (606) 586-4100
ext #13 - Cindy Randall  (good as of March 2000).

What you need:
1. Proof of purchase - must be original owner/original vehicle.
2. Current vehicle registration
3. Model, make, and year of vehicle
4. Part Number of dampers being returned and quantity.
5. Description of defect
6. Visa/Mastercard # with exp date (if having them ship first)
7. Daytime phone # and fax #
8. Full name and address (can not be a PO box).

"Credit card charges will occur, only if defective dampers(s) are
not returned within 30 days of replacement order, or if returned
damper(s) are determined to be non-defective."

Fax above info to Cindy Randall (Warranty Coordinator) at
(606)334-3340.

Remember, always replace in pairs.  Warranty replacement was very
easy - no problems at all.
