Is this spare mount good?

Hey,

I've got what I believe is a good spare OEM pass side mount here.  I am
thinking about using it, but not sure of it's condition.  I can push on the
center portion and get it to move a bit.  Am I right in thinking that a new
mount should have NO movement like that?  I mean, it should take more then
hand pressure to move the center rubber portion.
