RE: Coolant Loss



Have you checked the coolant flange which is bolted on to the end of the 
head, at the gearbox end - they are prone to leakage which is not always 
obvious, because of the crowding of hoses/pipes in that area.  Might be 
worth putting some dye in the coolant that might leave telltale signs - 
ideally fluorescent.
