Re-check your timing belt, sounds like you are a tooth
off.  Easy check is to set ignition timing at TDC and
fire the light at the mark on the cam gear, and see
how it lines up when running.

Additional evidence (possibly) is that 180 psi seems
high, IIRC.  Don't hold me to this though.

Also, how far did you have to move your distributor to
bring ignition timing in?  Should not be much...only a
bump.

Let us know what you find...
