This works for Ke-jetronic, i don't know if your's is the same.

If you are just trying to check your fuel injection you can hook up a multi
meter in series with the diferential pressure regulator, which is on the
side of the fuel distributor,  and the amps should be changing from 4 to 6
milli amps,averaging 5 milli amps while the engine is ideling.  This is the
stock setting for scirocco 16v.  Then use the co bypass adjustment to change
the fuel injection.  More milli amps equals a richer fuel mixture.
