oil & filter question

I've heard the 16v rocco's normal oil temparature should be about 105. Mine 
on the other hand using 20w-50 oil (any brand) and OEM Bosch oil filter 
(71250??) runs at 85. I've tested the oil gauge and sender but I still get 
85. Wanted to know if there might be something wrong with my car's oil 
temperature? TIA
