Do used parts not count in the NAFTA agreement? I'd be tempted to tell them
they were from a Ford made in Oakville and see if they would go duty free, or
does that just apply to new stuff? (of course, they likely have some VW Audi
stamp on them somewhere...) I know duty on German stuff going the other way
(US-Canada) is 6%.
