Get your car to weigh 2000lbs with driver put in a built 16v  mated up to a 
4K/2H tranny and put some drag slicks on it . 
I ran a 13.8 with approximately 150-160 hp and 2000 lbs , all stock internal 
parts in the motor even. Driver skill helps a little too I suppose :)

Took her for a drive today for the first time in months. Its amazing how far 
you can spin 175 tires on a 20 degree day .
