Re: comments on Pirelli 700s

Those tyres are #*@~ %#* EXCELLENT !! I believe there is only one high
performance Z rated Pirelli 700 and so we must be talking about the same tyre.
It came factory fitted with my other car, Fiat Coupe 20v turbo 220hp top speed
of 245kph - size was 215/50/R16. I have yet to find anything close to those
tyres although I am hoping the Bridgetone RE117 which I am about to shortly
purchase will. The only down side of the P700 that i found was a little
aquaplaning but then I was doing about 90kph in a monsoon downpour - dry grip is
otherwise very good.

Kind of difficult to find that range over here in Singapore since I believe they
were introduced about 5-7 years ago and is not imported anymore. The tyre is
perhaps of a harder compund than others so you may feel a little bump on uneven
roads but with good shocks the bumps actually feels good and provides a great
steering-to-road feel .

anyone have any comment on the Pirelli 700 series all-season tire? I am not
talking about the 7000, but the 700Z (or is it 700S?).
