Need help fighting insurance

Anyone with some experience fighting insurance companies, would you
contact me off list?

The lady in the Daewoo is claiming the guy she rear ended rear ended Katy
first.  Katy and the guy who got hit both know that he got pushed into
Katy.  Well now the ladys insurance is talking like they aren't going to
cover the front of the guys car or the rear of the rocco that Katy was
driving.

Any help would be appreicated.  The guy that got sandwiched is pretty
pissed, and we have talked about fighting her insurance together (lawyer).
