2.0l 16v

all this talk of a Vr6 in a rocco has got me wondering. i can see the 
reasons not to put one in, so how much is it to build up a 1.8l 16v to a 
2.0l?  now i am not saying some huge un-streetable build up but a mild build 
up, lets say 140 hp maybe.  or even just a good rebuild on the motor, its 
got 225k on it, with out punching out to a 2.0l. i am figuring a new 
rotating assmebly, crank and pistons, with a redone head will get is back to 
stock running.  i think the most costly parts would be in the head.  how 
much would anyone think an overall cost be, and were can i get good prices 
for parts?
