The ARP stud kits are a made to handle the higher stresses of a modified
motor, and are re-useable. So, if you're building a bigger, better, faster
motor and/or you plan on taking the head off for future work/mods then go
with the stud kit. If this is a one time job for you and you have a stock
output motor, then a new set of the stock stretch-type bolts is just fine.
