I agree with greg. Also, how can it be your fault if some foolio pulls out 
in front of you? Alot of people are idiots and take unnecessary chances just 
to get somewhere a few seconds quicker. The end result is someone gets into 
a needless accident.
I also agree you have to drive within your limits but sometimes things are 
beyond are control.
