bummer,

experiences like that convinced me not to spend big $$ on stereo
anymore...

I've probably had several thousand $$ of alpine, mb quart etc stuff ripped
off in my lifetime, now i go with whatevers cheap (or skip the stereo
altogether..)

I found a nice alpine 2 knobber tape deck for my rabbit truck, sounds
great & when i leave a tape half in it looks like a cheap piece of junk, i
don't worry about it at all...
