Exactly what kind of gas cap is this?

OK, This thing has no markings on it at all, so can anyone figure out just
what/where this thing is/from?
I may need to get a replacement one day, like soon, since mine is, err,
missing.
Note: I think the original had 'london' printed on the back, but that is
just a guess.
